The division\u2019s website provides detailed instructions for accessing the preliminary application submitting comments. Applicant names are found in the General Application Requirements under item 3.<\/p><p>The <em><a href=\"https:\/\/olga.ohv.parks.ca.gov\/egrams_ohmvr\/User\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"
